Unfortunately, it is not always possible for you to select a preferred collection date, However, our team always do our absolute best to come up with arrangements that will work for you.
Yes! You will find us at eircode T23 PT6T. Our opening hours and Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. Drop offs don’t require a booking, however if you are a commercial customer or have a large quantity of beds & mattresses to recycle we ask you to kindly give us a call in advance.
Unfortunately, Mattresses & Beds that have been left outside for long periods or that have been soaked through by the elements cannot be collected. If you mattress gets slightly damp as it has been left out a few hours for collection this is okay, we have the ability to dry this out at our recycling facility before the deconstruction process begins.
Of course we always do our best to send a van & 2 men for your collection. Our customers usually prefer the ground floor pick up, however if you do require our team to enter your home we ask that all pathways are made clear ahead of time. We do the heavy lifting so you don’t have to.
Unfortunately, Due to logistics It is not always possible to give an exact time for collection but we are happy to give you an estimated time if requested(usually a 2 hours window) If you cannot be at home during this time once it is confirmed you have made payment remotely, it could be an option for you to leave your mattress/bed outside for pick up(Weather dependent).
